Standard delivery within Gauteng (JHB, PTA, and surrounds) takes 3–5 business days. Other major metros like Cape Town, Durban, and PE take 4–6 business days. The rest of South Africa is typically 5–8 business days, and remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.
For orders within Gauteng, we offer a fast-track delivery option — orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day may qualify for next-day delivery. This service is subject to availability, so please contact us on WhatsApp or email before placing your order to confirm that express shipping is available for your area.
Yes! Orders over R750 qualify for free standard shipping nationwide. For orders under R750, we offer standard shipping for R120 nationwide, we work hard to keep them as low as possible. We also run additional free shipping promotions from time to time, so subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to know.
Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa through our trusted courier partners.
We currently operate as an online-only store and don't offer collection. This helps us keep our prices low and our focus on getting your order packed and shipped quickly.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you have any issues tracking your order, our customer service team is happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it's defective, damaged, or not as described. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you also have the right to return goods within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if you change your mind — provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Email us at info@i-emporium.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, the reason, and a photo if the item is damaged. We'll respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is on the customer.
Orders & Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Yoco, Payfast and EFT/bank transfer. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Please check with neighbours or building security first. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Yes. We only stock products that meet South African safety standards and we carefully select every item with little ones in mind.
Absolutely! If you're planning a big party or event and need items in bulk, send us a WhatsApp or email and we'll put together a custom quote for you.
We do our best to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out before we process your order. If this happens, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a substitute or a full refund.
